Dark Butler Review

Sat May 30, 2009, 10:52 PM
Title:
黒執事
Kuroshitsuji
Dark Bulter
Black Butler

Rating:★★★★★

Summary: In Victorian age a young earl by the name of Ciel Phantomhive has a peculair butler. Whatever task he orders his butler to do, weither it be to dust the furniture or jump over building to kill a man with tableware, Sebastian Michaelis will complete it without fail, and in perfect time. "I am but a butler," He responds whenever confronted with compliments, but is that really all to him? Or is there something more to Ciel's new and almost supernatural servant?

Commentary: Throughout the whole I was impressed by the cleanliness, the beautiful art style, and detail. The characters are extremely well developed. The background music is extremely enchanting and chilling. I enjoyed this anime very much and I hope you will too!

You hack your way through the jungle and there comes a point where the guide says "get out your cameras. The gorillas are around the corner." I grabbed my sketch book. The guide looked at me like I was an idiot.
